Our staff ensure that every child is stimulated to learn and are nurtured to achieve their full potential. The staff are passionate about improving outcomes for children, providing caring and enriched learning environments for each child to develop confidence, self awareness and independence.
Sarah Goodman (Play Leader, Designated Safeguarding Lead and SENCO)
Sarah holds a PGCE primary qualification and started with us in 2008. She is the SENCO and is in the Rabbit group. Sarah contributes to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where all children are valued and supported to meet their needs.
Carley Lowicki (Deputy Play Leader)
Carley started with us in 2023. Carely is Deputy Play Leader in the pre-school group and is in the Hedgehog group. She also works with the pre-preschool group. Carley is keen to encourage the children’s imagination to run free.
Emma Chambers (Deputy Play Leader)
Emma joined the team in 2022 and is in the Rabbit Group. She is a Level 3 Forest School Leader and Youth Mental Health First Aider. Emma is an advocate for play, in all its many guises: curiosity, process over outcome and learning through experience. She loves sharing stories, developing new skills and facilitating nature connection whenever possible.
Bethan Long (Play assistant)
Bethan joined preschool in 2024. She has a Level 3 childcare qualification.
Debbie Golder (Bank staff)
Debbie has been with is since 1991. She has a Level 3 Cache Certificate in Professional Development in Work with Children and Young People. She is working with the pre-preschool group. Debbie enjoys working with children who need a little extra help and delights in celebrating their successes with them.
